From time-to-time, BWP offers real estate investment opportunities for high net worth individuals. These entities are typically formed as LLC’s, offering preferred returns for investors, and proportionate profit participation. Beyond BWP’s monetary investment in each project, its promotional interest is profits related, not fee. BWP investment opportunities are subject to availability.

La Jolla - KearsargeBWP and its investors acquired 1745 Kearsarge in 2005. The 1925 Edgar Ullrich home is of Historical quality and is located in La Jolla’s Country Club area on two legal parcels. BWP spearheaded an aggressive plan which included the site’s Historical designation (accomplished in 2006), with the unanimous support of San Diego’s Design Assistance Subcommittee. The Historical home will be moved on the site, creating a developable second lot. Plans and Coastal Commission approval for the development of two homes are pending. Ground breaking is scheduled for Fall of 2007.
