After a distinguished 12 year marketing career in the forest products industry, Bill joined Louisiana Pacific Corp. to transition the company into the wholesale distribution business. He spent 4 years acquiring large parcels, building distribution centers and developing the business side. In 1982 he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in San Jose, California and in 5 years became their top office leasing broker. He was hired by Cornish & Carey Commercial, a top regional brokerage company, and became their Manager of Office Leasing, then, Chief Operating Officer, and finally President. During his 15 year tenure as President, he led the company to an annual transaction value of $9 Billion. He served as Board Member for ONCOR International, a consortium of 52 international real estate brokerage companies; and in 2002 was named Chairman of the Board. In 2003 he joined Louis Beacham, a custom home builder and real estate broker in La Jolla, and formed Beacham Walsh Properties, a real estate development and brokerage enterprise. He currently serves as its President. |
