Kearsarge - from Beacham Walsh Properties

BWP Development is nearing final Coastal approval for the Kearsarge/Crespo project.

Plans include the relocation of the historically designated portions of the Kearsarge residence to a lower/view site closer to Kearsarge Road, and the redefining of the lot line from a north/south orientation to one of east/west.

The plan provides for the expansion and modernization of the lower house, while maintaining the historical portions, and the creation of an upper view site accessible from Crespo. Both residences will be in the 4,000 square foot range. Construction will begin in late 2007 or early 2008.
